5. A wise man will hear, and will increase learning;
and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:
6. To understand a proverb, and the interpretation;
the words of the wise, and their dark sayings
Ecclesiastes 7:19
Wisdom strengtheneth the wise more than ten mighty men which are in the city.
Ecclesiastes 8:1
Who is as the wise man ? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing?
a mans wisdom maketh his face to shine,
and the boldness of his face shall be changed.

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.

As the cold of snow in the time of harvest, so is a faithful messenger to them that send him:
